We support programmes looking to innovate or adapt to new circumstances. This can be at the level of an entire curriculum or a single learning track. We develop the content and guide you in implementing the transformation plan.

Curriculum redesign
We have helped various programmes revise their educational programmes. For a Psychology bachelor programme, we contributed to strengthening internal coherence in the curriculum, reducing workload intensity, and better aligning education with the needs of students and lecturers. For a secondary teacher training programme, we made the educational programmes more flexible and organised the assessment programme more programmatically.

Learning track redesign
We have also supported various programmes in redeveloping learning tracks. For a Communication Science bachelor programme, we developed a competency-based learning track for personal and professional development. For Wageningen University & Research, we contributed to developing and strengthening skills learning tracks across all bachelor programmes.

Educational innovation
We support the improvement of education. At Radboud University, we established a multidisciplinary innovation team to support lecturers in (re)developing education. For assessing teaching competencies in higher education, we developed a flexible assessment tool that accounts for lecturers’ development levels. We have also supported and advised on the implementation of a new digital learning environment.
